Learn how to put together a sausage recipe and make your own sausages from scratch, right through to linking & hanging using the best quality free-range Tamworth pork under the guidance of Bethan of Moch Coch.
Take home 2.5kg of great tasting sausages, naturally gluten-free.
The morning includes sausage and charcuterie tasting.
