Service Description

Y Sied Cookery School Workshops are perfect, fun and safe environment for youngsters to learn new cookery and kitchen skills. We often visit the garden to collect herbs, vegetables and fruit for the recipes, and this offers children the oppportunuty to learn about where their food comes form and about harvesting and foraging for wild berries, muxhroome, and wild garlic in their season. Each class is designed to offer a savoury and sweet recipe to tale form to enjoy. 22 August 10.30 - 12.30 pm Come and enjoy an indoor cookery / outdoor campfire experience under Lisa's watchfull eye. Please bring suitable shoes and clothing the enjoy a garden fire. Please advise of any food intolerances, and please bring containers to take the food home with you. 26th September It's apple pie day! Come and harvest our apples (from a nearly hundred year old tree at Alltygog) We'll transform then into delicious apple pies with custard, yum. Dont forget your containers . 31st October Halloween Fun - come prepared for spooky recipes.
